I am writing to say such a very big thank you for all your kindness and help in purchasing and delivering the carpets and suite to first of all mum's house and secondly for the lovely drinks unit to ourselves.  I have never found such professionalism and kindness for a long time in your industry.  It was such a refreshing change to have been remembered each time I rang. Mum is absolutely delighted with her new furnishings, as are we with our display cabinet.  I would also personally like to thank your carpet fitter for the wonderful job he did.

Many thanks for delivering my bed and bedroom furniture last week.  Your team were very professional and took all the hard work out of it for me.  Your guys uplifted my old carpet, took my old bed away, assembled the new wardrobe and once the new carpet had been fitted, assembled my new bed.  Your carpet fitter tidied up behind him and the whole job was completed within two and a half hours.
